The first 30 days are geared toward the following goals:
1. Building a meaningful pipeline beyond the initial pilots
2. Establish an initial price structure(s)

As such, the tasks for the first 30 days are:

  1. Top priority:

a. Meet internal stakeholders
b. Review existing “pilot programs” and pipeline
c. Identify new prospects
d. Produce training & demos (if needed)
e. Build a new prospect list
f. Reach out to prospects
g. Start to establish a cost benchmark

  1. Nice to have: a. Review/create "customer/partner" onboarding plan b. Review or establish "customer/partner" success metrics c. Build our ideal customer/partner profile

The expected deliveries are:
1. 4-6 new interested prospects
2. V1 of pricing structure(s)
