Before starting my consulting practice, I spent most of my career on the top of the funnel (Sales Development & Demand Generation) side of revenue generation in Seed & Series A startups.
Over the last four years, I've worked with ~35 Seed to Private Equity backed teams helping them drive new business and expansion across their current book of business. One of my core beliefs is that teams need to look at revenue from every angle within the company. Meaning getting Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams focused on winning new business and retaining their customers.
