Effectively selling your product / platform is the only way to ensure that you're able to grow your platform's reach. The first step in accomplishing this is identifying your Ideal Customer Profile.

Your ideal customer should be one that will be able to leverage your product, provide you with valuable insight into their experience & should facilitate growth of your business outside of just the revenue they provide you.

Your buyers are at the front lines of your product & they need to be leveraged as such to help you keep improving & iterating. But all of this value provided by your buyer may be diminished should they not be the best folks (ICP) for your brand.
